Sagat is an accomplished guitarist and multi-instrumentalist with decades of experience performing, teaching, composing and managing music for live events. A classically trained musician with deep roots in jazz, funk, and contemporary music, he has worked with some of the music world’s most iconic names — including Bryan Ferry, Nigel Kennedy, Belinda Carlisle, Robert Trujillo and Roachford. He’s performed on the Glastonbury Pyramid Stage with his band Funkapolitan, Top of the Pops and at the Royal Festival Hall. His career highlights include supporting The Clash in New York, touring Australia with Nigel Kennedy, and recording with artists across a huge range of genres.
